Hey babes,
For today article we will do something completely different, that has nothing to do with fashion,beauty or fitness. This “Unicorn” trend has been going around for a while and it is everything that represent Tumblr and Printerest all about cuteness and pastel colours. So with all pink, blue and purple pastel colours from clothing to food (even now they are making makeup palettes inspired by unicorn) and then most of them these horn is added as well. I have been watching on Cosmopolitan many different food and drinks inspired by unicorn and I just couldn’t resist to show you guys when you just starre at it, it makes you want to eat it and I mean these colours look so good. I think if you put these pastel colour I will take it doesn’t matter what. Unicorn pretzels: how cute can this picture get?! these pastel coloured pretzels great with some coffee or tea for little break. I am pretty sure this once have more calories than normal pretzels but who cares we live once and we need to try these things!


Unicorn cake: I am sure you have seen somewhere any kind of unicorn cake and they all to die for. I mean how cute is this with this little silver glittery horn on top and these details floating outside of it. I love these eyes really great idea for the cake and the fact it is so simple, but yet so special with white cake and pastel details. This would be great for anyone who is into details and of course very much girly


Unicorn cupcakes: if there is unicorn cake then they obviously made cupcakes as well. This cupcakes are as adorable as the cake. They have this little white cupcakes with very typical unicorn style with this gold horn and then detailed with typical unicorn colours and then we also have view just simple cupcakes with unicorn colours, they just look so dreamy. And this could be great for bridal party


Unicorn pop cakes: and of course we also needed pop cakes because let’s be honest they are even more adorable than cupcakes and this once are also in the same style. This smaller horn looks even better and I love this gold colour it really suits to these “unicorn colours” and I like how this flowers around horn turned out very simple


Unicorn donut: did you expect that we would pass on having a unicorn donut no I don’t think so. This would be great dessert for friends get together over a tea and only you need to get yourself little white table and you are ready to go.


Unicorn ice cream: now we are moving to something else and it is unicorn ice cream and guys can you believe how dreamy it looks? It is such perfect food for instagram it is so instagram worth. I mean you could just casually be eating ice cream and just talking a photo for instagram. I love how all of the colours are kind of dip dye all together it looks just so cute so this one would be great for walks at the beach and then obviously you will have to take a photo for instagram and here is the recipe:

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 c. heavy cream
  • 1 11-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 drops each assorted food coloring (pink, purple, green, blue, yellow)
  • Sprinkles, for top (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whisk heavy cream until medium peaks form.
  2. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until totally combined, then divide mixture among 5 different bowls.
  3. Add a different color food coloring to each bowl (I used pink, purple, green, blue, and yellow) and stir until combined.
  4. Layer dollops of the colors in a 9-x-5″ loaf pan until you run out of the mixture.
  5. Smooth the top and run a knife through the mixture to swirl the colors (don’t overmix or else the colors will become muddy; 4-5 swirls should be plenty).
  6. Top with sprinkles (if using) and freeze until firm, 5 hours.
  7. Remove from freezer and let soften, 5 to 10 minutes, then scoop and serve.

Unicorn milkshake: I couldn’t decide what milkshake to share with you so I put all of them and I mean can you blame me, they look just so dreamy. This colours and then all this details from cotton candy to this candies and even decoration on glasses it is basically like a magic going on in there. I feel you can’t never get tired of watching this colours together they just look so cute and I mean wouldn’t you want to try them out and share on social media. This would be great for tea kund of party or even baby shower since this kind of party is also with colours like this
Ingredients
unicorn bark
  • 1 pkg pink candy melts
  • 1 pkg blue candy melts
  • 1 pkg purple candy melts
  • Sprinkles and decor of your choice
for the milkshake
  • ½ cup prepared frosting
  • 1 cup sprinkles
  • 1.5 quart vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1 container fresh strawberries, cored
  • 1 container fresh raspberries
  • your choice of milk
  • whipped cream (homemade or store bought)
Instructions
for the unicorn bark
  1. Line a baking sheet with plastic wrap or wax paper.
  2. Melt pink candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions. Do the same with blue and purple. Pour blue and purple candy melts into squeeze bottles or ziploc/piping bags with a small tip cut off.
  3. Pour melted pink candy onto the baking sheet and spread into a rectangle, about ¼-inch thick.
  4. Drizzle with blue and purple candy. Tap baking sheet against the counter or table to help the candy flatten out.
  5. Immediately top with sprinkles and decorations. (If you’re going to use gold foil, make sure to leave some empty spaces where you’d like to put it. Then once the bark is dry and set, press on the foil.)
  6. Place baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes to and hour for bark to set. Once bark is hard, use a knife to cut it into pieces, or use your hands to break it up.
  7. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
for one milkshake
  1. Spread frosting around the outside of the top of the cup you’ll be using. Cover in sprinkles. Place cup in the freezer. (This will keep your shake cold longer!)
  2. Place about 4-5 large scoops of ice cream in a blender. Add about ½ cup diced strawberries and ¼ cup raspberries. Add ½ cup milk. Blend until smooth. Add more ice cream or milk depending on your preferred consistency.
  3. Pour shake into the glass. Top with whipped cream, stick on some pieces of unicorn bark, cotton candy, rock candy, and sprinkles!

Unicorn cheesecake: we all love our cheese cake but imagine that in pink,purple and blue colours and with beauty bright coloured sprinkles. If you would be hosting some get together you would just need to serve that since your guest will be so impressed by it. I love how in this cake all colours came together and they really did great job with this sprinkles. This is great to have in summer time late nights in garden with your girls and wine


Unicorn toast: does this look real to you guys? For me it looks so unreal and more like I am dreaming. This one I actually discovered yesterday and this is what inspired me to write this article. I mean how far is this even toast unicorn inspired?! I am so shocked when I saw this I was like what the hell?! But can you say anything about it look how it looks just dreamy and I mean we all know the reason they made it is because of instagram photos but seriously not that bad. This toast looks like a rainbow and don’t you feel like eating your breakfast and randomly talking picture of it
And here is how to make it:
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Juice of 1 lemon (preferably Meyer)
  • Generous pinch sea salt
Superfood Color Mix-Ins:
  • Powdered turmeric (yellow)
  • Goji berry powder (orange)
  • Matcha powder (light green)
  • Spirulina powder (deep green)
  • Beet powder (dark pink)
  • Pomegranate powder (light pink)
  • Blueberry powder (violet)
Method:
1. Cover your cashews in water and let soak for two to three hours, then drain well. In a food processor, combine cashews with all remaining Base Cream ingredients.
2. Divide into as many bowl as you’d like different colours, then ix

Unicorn macaroons: now this is another way how you can make any party be more cute and thumblr and pinterest like especially if this your kid’s party or even yours. I mean let’s be honest we even love it more than children. So here is actually unicorn macaroon and they just look magical these colours they are killing it. Let me just appreciate that they also have blush on and this colourful details on I guess their forehead and it just looks so cute and it great for kid’s birthday party I think parents and children will love it


Unicorn hot chocolate: can you imagine you walking up and instead of getting a coffee or regular hot chocolate you get this unicorn hot chocolate with different kind of candies inside and sprinkles and just too dreamy and too delicious. Just look how much stuff they put into I am pretty sure you won’t need t0 need the first half of your day after this one and I am pretty sure while making this you can get as crazy as you want and as creative and do yourself a favour when you will have big day make yourself little magic.


Unicorn mimosa: now this one would be perfect for after this long day, more for weekend with your friends on rooftop. They even made mimosas unicorn like and they couldn’t look more magical, they have decorated with golden glitter and they even put little bit ice cream in it and also this dreamy straws just great for rooftop get together or party
And here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
  • Edible glitter
  • Sherbet (flavor or your choice)
  • Vodka
  • Champagne
  • Rock candy
Directions:
1. Dip a Champagne flute into water, and rim the glass with edible glitter
2. Add three scoops of sherbet
3. Add 1 1/2 ounces of vodka to each Champagne flute
4. Top off with champagne
5. Garnish with rock candy

Unicorn pancakes: I save the best for the last and it are this unicorn pancakes which are just perfect for Sunday brunch and I think it looks so good from pink to blue on top and to top it they put this white cream and sprinkles of course when I am now looking at this I wish I had this for breakfast today. So if you want to treat yourself on Sunday this is great way to do it
So these were some of unicorn inspired food and drinks and can you believe it how amazing and magical they look?!
