It is getting hot and it is almost summer time or at least it feels like it. And what is the best way to be refreshed in summer??? Those smoothies everyone loves them and especially in summer couple of fruits mix up and they are great to refresh you when you are too hot haha that now sounds weird I meant when it is really warm and you just want to jump in water but can't because you need to get back to school or office so you need other ways to refresh yourself and this way you can also save your money on expensive refreshers or any juices or even lunch because your smoothies will be enough for the whole day, because they contain fruits and it is like eating the fruits just in other way. This way we will also know we are eating something healthy and keep our sessy bodies sessy with the smoothies. Today I have something special for you, I put together 10 healthy smoothies recipes I mean every smoothie is healthy only those who contain extra sugar or some sweets are not healthy. Smoothies are already sweet because of fruit sugar so that is enough of sugar and they are of course healthy because it contains fruits. So are you ready so see some kick ass smoothies:
Blueberry vanilla smoothie
2 cups ripe blueberries
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup ice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
You put all these ingredients in a blender and blend it there you go you have perfectly healthy smoothie
Pin colada smoothie
2 cups pineapple (chopped and frozen)
1/2 banana ( chopped and frozen)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 pitted dates
Green smoothie
1 tsp of green tea
1 frozen banana
4 medjool dates
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup spinach
Ice
Hot pink smoothie:
2 frozen bananas
2 dates
Handful of frozen raspberries
small pink dragon fruit
3/4 cup almond milk
Easy berry smoothie:
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 cup almond milk
1 date
1/4 cup avocado
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Mango-Papaya with Lime:
1 ripe mango
1/2 papaya
1/2 frozen banana
juice of 1/2 lime
splash of coconut water
Blueberry smoothie:
2 cups strawberries
1 cup of frozen cherries
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of milk
Kiwi smoothie:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 kiwi
1 banana frozen and chopped
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
Mango smoothie:
2 ripe mangos
1/2 lemon
1 cup pineapple (with core)
1 small banana
1/4 cup water
Raspberry chia smoothie:
1 cup raspberries
1/2 nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup grapes
1 frozen banana
1/2-1 cup water
2 tsp chia seeds
Great smoothie?? This are all great smoothie and I tried all of them now it is your turn make there great smoothies to refresh in summer. You can also mix up with everything you have in your kitchen. These smoothies are killer for summer just amazing the taste and also they are healthy and you won't be hungry when you drink them. It is great way to eat food in summer and stay healthy as well.
