How to wear leather trousers


Hey guys hope all of my beautiful people are doing amazing.Anyways I just have been loving wearing my leather trousers they are so good. I only have one pair but they are true goals I loved them and it has been in this season. It’s very edgy but you can totally style it to be more classy. I love the fact that they make you such a badass. Anyways I’ll show you today view ways how to wear them:



 Chic like: this is in more like fashionista kind of way. I love these faux jackets they are so stylish this winter and they make any outfit look fabulous am I right? Anyways how you can wear it with leather trousers? With some either black t-shirt or sweater to keep you worm and with that wear ankle boots and with faux jacket heeled ankle boots would look so much better, also nice black hat and chanel or chanel like clutch bag would be perfect pick for this look on shoulder bag would also work. For accessories I wouldn’t put too much since faux jackets is like accessories but nice necklace can be very nice. Very fashionista look. Adding some sneakers and beanie to this it would make it casual


 Lady like: this is for these who are looking for elegant and classic looks. I have been loving these long coats very French style and they are great suit with leather trousers. You could wear this long coat with leather trousers by putting either some bodysuits these are always elegant and classy and totally makes everyone look better or either plain black t-shirt or black blouse what you like more and for shoes go with classics pointed toe heels super cute and just classy or ankle boots you know you get never get enough of those and for carrying your stuff around meaning bag handbag would be great but not too much the middle size of handbag or clutch if you don’t need too much stuff to carry. Anyways this is super look for work


Let’s be edgy: if you know me, you know I just love edgy style and such a badass looks so this one is for any badass out there who loves edgy and leather jackets like me. With these two leather pieces I would wear simple plain t-shirt either white or grey or any other colours just not black it would be then too black you just don’t want that and then shirt it could be red/black or white/black to suit the look and put it around your waist it is just looks cool. For shoes I am thinking either some cool sneakers I have metallic coloured sneakers and I love wearing them with leather pieces it looks so good but if you are not into sneakers boots would work too ankle, mid length or long length boots would work and of course if it is cold maybe add to your t-shirt sweater or cardigan we don’t want you to get cold, and for bag get handbag or even backpack I think that looks adorable. To make yourself even more badass get simple black choker and some cool rings to go with it. And you have badass look


Casual: for everyone who wants to keep it simple this casual look with denim jacket. So you might think denim and leather don’t work but they actually work pretty well. With leather trousers and some denim jacket wear some cool shirt and some sneakers white sneakers would work pretty well . Also backpack would be the best pick for this look and then accessories it with scarf and bracelets and you have causal look ready


Business causal: I love business casual looks they look kind of elegant but also very fashionista like. You can wear either oversized blazer or just normal sized blazer, but honestly I just love these oversized blazer it looks so much cool. Anyways with the blazer and leather trousers I would wear some cool t-shirt with cool print or even some top but with colour that pops out. For the shoes any type of boots would work or since it is casual you can choose some nice sneakers or heels it depends if you are going more for business or more casual and with this look I would wear on shoulder bag. For accessories wear some nice classy watch and if you want you can also wear hat would suit pretty well. And here you go this look for days you well being causal but also little bit elegant

Inspiration for weekend outfits


Hey babes,
I just thought I might changed up the name I all call you my lovely people and I know I have been gone, but if you would check out out Youtube you would see why. We have been working so hard to get some super fun videos out there, but we want to be active here to because you guys here are out main family and we will never leave you or forget about you. Plus I have to tell you I had such a hard time with Final cut pro when I edit the videos but and something I feel like it doesn’t want me to edit the videos but even with big struggles I still do it because I love the feeling after the end result. I wanted to let you know to look out for out video on Youtube some fun video and very different from usual content on blog and on youtube as well and I want you all my blog fam to watch it and recreate it as well I would love to see your stuff as well. One other announcement we will be doing fun activity on our instagram click here  this week I will be posting every day new outfit and I will call it #outfitweek so every day I will post different outfit and will featuring one piece of outfit. So I also want to you guys to come by to check out some great pieces and also see the looks and recreate them in your own way is it similar look or totally different I don’t care I want to see your looks and inspire each other so I would love to see you guys there. I am so sorry about giving you a lot of informations at once, but sometimes a lot of stuff are happening at once but they are all exciting news so not that bad. Anyways now moving on to the reason why you are here and that is to get inspired for weekend outfits. For a lot of people, weekends are for relaxing and free time and people are happy and chilled at the weekend since the week is almost over. Since weekend is all about relaxing and doing things you enjoy, weekend outfits are casual and I think it is great to be able to dress casual but we do need to make sure it is stylish at the same time. I love how you can turn very simple and casual outfit into very stylish one that almost looks like overdressed but then you look closer and see you are wearing jeans so it can’t be overdressed. I feel when you don’t try to hard then you actually do look stylish.Anyways I’ll show you view pieces you might need for weekend outfits and how you can style them

Graphic Tees: this graphic tees are very casual but also stylish and so in so it is great to wear them at the weekend. I especially love these graphic tees with nice letters it actually does make different and if it is some French word that makes hounder times more stylish. This tee is great with either some nice jeans or skirt the skater skirt and then you should totally wear hat with that, it is very French style and then with that add either clutch or small backpack with ankle boots or just simple sneakers and finish it off with some bright coloured lipstick my only question to you would be Can you be more French”!  this look totally reminds me on French so here you go you have easy and simply look but yet stylish


Leather jacket: I think this is pretty obviously and also for me who is leather jacker lover it is a must. I think leather jacket goes with anything even with sweat pants it looks cool hahah I am guilty of doing that, but just only to ran to the store and buy some food when I have zero food at home. With leather jacket you can just throw some pullover and maybe add a shirt around you waist I love wearing leather jacket and shirt together and then throw some jeans or even leather trousers so cool they are seriously my fav this year we do have leather trousers article click here and with all these some nice sunglasses and handbag and to be super bad ass leather boots and you are ready to go to do little shopping who doesn’t love shopping on weekend?!


Mom fit jeans: so there are new type of jeans that a lot of people have been loving these mom fit jeans, little loose type of jeans and they are perfect for weekend. They loose which just basically describes weekend vibes loose and chilled and what I love about these jeans (even I got these and I only love skinny jeans they must be good right?!) even if they are loose you can put together epic outfits with these and they look so simple. Anyways with these jeans I would throw some basic t-shirt white one or any other colour and then tucked it into jeans with the shirt either go with denim jacket or bomber and sneakers with tote bag or backpack and put little ponytails it looks really good with it and finish off with nice watch and nude lipstick. It is very cute outfit for chilled Saturday afternoon in the city

White sneakers: I think you can’t never get enough of white sneakers. First you can style them with anything seriously they go with anything it is the truth and also they brighten darker outfits and since you can wear them with anything they totally go for weekend. They are seriously live savers when you need to throw quickly. Anyways I would either wear them with some pair of jeans, skirt or even some casual dress if you are into dress for weekend and then with that throw jacket of your choice my first choice would be bomber jacket but as I said anything goes with “whities” yes I did name them and for the end just throw little details like watch or bracelets and here you go you can rock you whities anytime on weekend or even during the week


Shirt: shirt are always good because they are really comfy and just feel nice wearing them plus you can put together great outfits with them. I like to style shirt with some nice trousers or jeans and like to get these oversized shirts on weekend very chilled mood and with that I like to wear some high heels like these pointed to heels very stylish and also classy with that I would just add some jacket or blazer and on shoulder bag and maybe add accessories but it also looks great without. And here you have nice classy look for weekend


Denim jacket or bomber jacket: and nothing says more casual than denim or bomber jacket I just love these jackets a must have for me. These jackets are simple but when you put them on they really make difference if you just add them to some simple look the look will look so much more interesting with them on it try it you will see. You can wear with these jackets simple skirt and some simple t-shirt or blouse to be more classy with skirt I would wear with denim backpack and with bomber a clutch and to make this look even more special I would add a choker and some bracelets you can get even more crazy and add some rings and for shoes I would choose ankle boots or sneakers and you can very laid back look for weekend.
So these were six simple pieces to inspire your weekend outfits and how to style these pieces in weekend styles. They are all very casual but at the same time stylish and keep it very simple as you don’t want to spend too much time choosing clothes for an outfit. I think it is great how you are not spending too much time creating an outfit but looking like you actually did. Fashion is not that complicated you just need to create something together that looks good on eyes and just choose once pieces that will make a difference. Fat carbes and muscles 101

hello all i am hear today to give you some Facts on Fat , carbs , muscles and this will help you with your fitness goals tremendously once you understand the game .

first FAT : 
fat is layers so it is one layer on top of the other and also what most of use dont know is the there is fat in the MUScles it self with in the tissues .
that's why many people give up on the wight lost plans once they dont see change , there is a change but your body will milt the fat in the muscles first before it taps into the skin layers so dont give up.
fat takes the body more power to brake down , so you body will go to your carps first for fuel .
that is why almost everyone recommends you cut back on your simple carbs . 
Carbs :
 the simple carbohydrates are the bodies first line of fuel , so when you feed your body carbs then why would your body need to burn the fat fuel ?
so if you want to eat simple carbs do it after your work out , and on a work out that you have done some cardio on .
so your body will consume that energy then can tap in to your fat fuel .

muscles :
  our lovely friend , fat does not turn in to fat they are soooo different but as i stated before our muscles can have fat in them and must loose it first in order for you to shape up .
muscles are still wight , but a healthy wight and a tight wight .
if you have one pound of muscle and one pound fat you will see that they both have the same number on the scale but if you can look at them you can see the the fat pound looks bigger than the muscle pound .
that is also a rezone why you may work out and dont see a change on the scale , because you gain a pound of muscle at the same time you lose a pound fat  , so the scale dose not change the number fat .
and that is ok keep gaining muscels as soon as your muscels milt the fat in its tissues it will tap in and help burn and brake down fat to make room for it self .
that being said you must feed the beast protein so you can build muscles faster , and doing wight training will help your bonus to be more thick and strong and taking muscele is the best on the long run .


cheat days101

hello all so as part of the 100days_of_self_loving i want to talk about the issue of our cheating on our program or our diet and how can we make it a healthy thing , and this is important as we are going to have that feeling of wanting to quit everything and dont have the power to stick to our plans anymore and here i will list a few things that will help you stay on track for ever  lets start :
1- watch your self :
and what i mean is that look at your self and what are the times and the days the you feel mostly to cheat in, sometimes its the first of the month , weak ...etc , or the middle or the end .
the second you get that right that will be the moment that you have solved 90% of your issue .
so watch your self and your habits , when do you feel mostly motivated to eat right and to work out that is the time you want to use to the maximum and hit it while it is hot .

2- identify your cheating  :
know what is the thing you cheat on most FOOD,WORKOUT,OVER SLEEPING ....etc .
now that is the other 10% the second you make a clear definition on what is it that makes you cheat you have solved the issue on hand . 

SOLUTIONS :
remember the small stickers i asked you to get , now as one of your tasks list one small cheating thing you do , and one of your tasks for the next 2 weeks is not to do that cheating habit . 
the second thing is : if your cheating involves food then make sure to consume your bad calories early in the day and on that day you must work out a bit harder .
you can add a few reps to your work out or workout longer .
apply those easy tips and wait for more don't forget to tag us in your progress on social media .


summing up week

so it has been 11days since i posted the 100 DAYS BEFOR new year challenge , and the reason that i haven't gave any of you tips is that i know that during the first ten days is usually when you are still making up your mined  on the things you want to change about your self.
so that break is done now and it is time to get started and here is how we will map this out :
1-EACH WEEK : i will give you a new health habit to follow for that week .
and through out the next 100 days you will see how much you have accumulated of health.
2-EACH month : measure your progress by pics (we would love it if you cloud share you progress with us by photos on instgram,facebook,twitter...etc) And post pics or things you have learned through out the challange .
 Tips :
Dont over do IT !!
by this i know alot of you are going to try to make a 360 degree change , but that is not the way to go about it .
take each small change one day at a time of you do to much you simply will be board in 2 weeks or so .
so just try to take it slowly and maintain the change .
and that brings me to the final TIP do this for your self now for anyone eles , if you want to lose wight do it for you , learn a new language do it for you , get a tatto ... what ever it is do it for you because it is you life .

and this weeks small health tip is : one more glass of water , you dont know the difference that one more glass of water can do to your life , so drink up !
 



Nakedly awsom


today is the first day of august and we nakedly-dressed girls thought that this last month of summer should be the start of 100 days of fitness and new-self challenge.
so simply today decide that today is the day that you will look good naked  , not with clothes no everyone should feel great when you get undressed , so this 100 days challenge can give you the head start to do so , so do it with me girls .
first : get small stickers and your calendar, in each sticker you can write down the things you want to change ( drink an extra glass of water , clean up your diet , learn a new phrase of a new language , get a new bold lipstick ,try something you have always wanted to do ....etc)

second : no backing down , if you write something on that sticker stick to it to the end .
( tip don't over loud on the tasks you need to do each day so you can keep it up , small steps go along way and you are more likely to keep it up if the changes are not overwhelming )

third : goals and objectives
take a big note book and write down the big head lines for your challenge , simply put out the big head lines like (become fitter , learn a new language .....etc)
and the small stickers are for the objectives ( each day is for a step from each headline bringing you closer to your goal ) 
like: work out (arms day)
(take and online course on french) 
( sign up for a new dancing class)  
( drink one less soda today)
that is  what you will do in a day and plan your week accordingly easy right .
and each day ill give a wight lost tip to help you look good naked .
