Kayla Workout Program Friday Weeks 1&3
And we continue with our weekly Kayla workout and today it's full body workout it is mix between legs & cardio and arms & abs workouts you should do this workout after you done the other two but it doesn't matter what day you do them. Those full body workouts are fun because it is mix between these two it is not as challenging. I won't be doing the explanation of this workout because I already explain in previous workouts and the exercises are the same. If you need guidance check out the previous workouts.Circuit 1:
15 medicine ball squat & press
30 or 15 per leg knee ups
40 or 20 per side ab bikes
24 or 12 per leg walking lunges
Break after 7 minutes
Circuit 2:
10 burpees
15 straight leg sit ups
30 or 15 per leg weighted step ups
15 push ups
Medicine ball squat & press
Knee ups
Ab bikes
Walking lunges
Burpees
Straight leg sit ups
Weighted step ups
Push ups
This is how full body workout looks like fun isn't it? Girls take your time don't do too fast exercises drink water take breaks and take it easy. Enjoy it and have fun with it.
